Personal Training allows you to work one-on-one with Sierra in a customized program that best fits your goals. The program will be designed to accommodate your goals, any current or past injuries, your lifestyle and your schedule. You will meet with Sierra once, twice or three times per week. Each program is designed around monthly goal setting with check ins including tracking exercise, nutrition and body measurements to keep you accountable and consistent with your goals.

Personal Training- One-on-One
Working one-on-one with Sierra is the best way to ensure that you reach your goals in the most efficient and healthy way possible. After your consultation Sierra will design a customized program based on your goals, lifestyle, previous injuries, and nutritional needs. You can meet once, twice or three times per week at the studio or your home gym. Rate range $70-110 per hour. Couples sessions also available!
Group training can be a great way to add accountability to your workouts. Get a group of friends together, reach out and we will set up a time that works for everyone. This can be done at the studio, a park, an office space or location of your choosing. Rate: $100 per hour for 3-8 people.
