The V6 Supershake is named after the 6 fresh veggies use in the creation of this shake. Full of wholesome veggies goodness, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, this shake provides a hole-food, unprocessed version of the commercial vegetable cocktail that sacrifices fiber and nutrition for mass production.

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Baby Carrots (cooked)

1/4 Cup Onion

1/4 Avocado

1 Tomato (small)

1 Cup Spinach

1/2 Cup Cucumber

1 Cup Low-fat Cottage Cheese

2 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp Almonds (blanched)

2 tbsp Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)

1/2 Cup Water

4 Ice Cubes

2 Dried Prunes

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a countertop blender. Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serves 1 large or 2 small.
