Personal Training allows you to work one-on-one with Sierra in a customized program that best fits your goals. The program will be designed to accommodate your goals, any current of past injuries, your lifestyle and your schedule. You will meet with Sierra once, twice or three times per week. Each program is designed around monthly goal setting with check ins including tracking exercise, nutrition and body measurements to keep you accountable and consistent with your goals.
